I was visiting town briefly and developed severe back pain from a combination of strain and travel. From the start, scheduling was quick and accommodating, which made a huge difference given how uncomfortable I was. The care itself was excellent, very patient, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, including what was causing the pain and how the treatment was addressing it. The therapy felt very targeted rather than generic, and I never felt rushed. I especially appreciated the instructions and exercises provided for at-home care so I could continue improving after I left town. A great experience overall, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing thoughtful, and effective treatment. ~ Hetal S

I consulted her for this heel pain. Aftr taking few sessions i received amazing results. I was suffering since 1 year nothing worked on this. I took physiotherapy for back and shoulder pain. I am so happy with treatment given I have been to many clinics in the past but dr ruchi and her staff dr sakshi helped me with my pain and relieved pain within 20 sessions without any medicines only with machines and exercises and cupping therapy. Dr Ruchi combines true compassion with expert skill. Clinic is clean, well equipped and calming. My pain has improved alot.
